With a strong background in higher education leadership and case management, she brings a well-rounded, practical perspective to her therapeutic work, drawing from real-world experience to support clients navigating life's complexities.

Tiarra specializes in supporting clients managing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues, while welcoming individuals facing a broad range of mental health challenges. Her therapeutic approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and deeply collaborative. She believes that healing happens best when you feel truly seen and heard, and she prioritizes creating a warm, natural space where clients feel safe to express themselves without judgment. Tiarra is passionate about building meaningful therapeutic relationships and tailoring treatment plans to honor each client's unique needs gently challenging them toward their goals while ensuring every step feels empowering and achievable.

Outside of her professional work, Tiarra enjoys reading a good book, traveling to new places, playing video games, and spending quality time with her family and her beloved dog. She believes that rest, joy, and connection are just as important as the hard work we do in therapy, and she brings that same balanced energy into every session.
