What are my options to see a therapist?

We currently offer in-person counseling as well as telehealth. We offer in-person appointments at all five of our locations. If you want to receive therapy from the comfort of your home, we have the option of our confidential video portal. Please contact us for more details.

Is Tele-health Secure and HIPAA Compliant?

Anew U provides telehealth through its designated secure client platform. Before your appointment, you will receive instructions for accessing your session and guidance for protecting your privacy. Telehealth availability depends on your location, clinician and insurance plan.Yes, Anew U counselors use Theranest by Ensora Health, which is confidential and HIPAA Compliant.

What are the costs of counseling and medication management appointments?

Counseling Assessments (New Clients): $215.00

Counseling Appointments :

(50-60 minutes): $185.00

(45 minutes) : 150.00

(30 minutes): 100.00

We at, Anew U Counseling Services, want clients to feel comfortable and don’t want finances to prevent them from getting time with a counselor, so we have a sliding scale option for clients who don’t have insurance or are unable to afford our stated rates.
