Education- MSW in Social Work
Licenses - Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) with a Master of Social Work, focusing on supporting children, adolescents, and young adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, and life transitions, as well as women's mental health issues. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, cultural humility, and a commitment to meeting clients where they are. I utilize evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and mindfulness practices, to empower young clients to manage their symptoms and achieve their goals.
My passion lies in working with young individuals and women. I aim to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel understood and supported in their journey toward healing and personal growth.
I hold a Bachelor of Social Work from North Carolina Central University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Tulane University.
If you're seeking a compassionate, client-centered therapist to support your child, adolescent, or yourself in managing ADHD, anxiety, or navigating life's challenges, I would be honored to work alongside you and your family.
