Sarah Caldwell is the friendly face behind intake coordination at Anew U, where she’s been bringing organization, warmth, and top-tier people skills since July 2025. A proud wife and full-time cheer mom to four amazing daughters, Sarah thrives in the beautiful chaos of a multi-race, multi-culture blended family—and wouldn’t have it any other way.

A Raleigh native now calling Wayne County home, Sarah is a lifelong animal lover with three dogs, one cat, and a very healthy obsession with dachshunds (short legs, big personalities—what’s not to love?).

Professionally, she brings a powerhouse background in medical administrative assisting, surgical scheduling, consumer market research, and over 20 years of customer service. Known for her compassion, efficiency, and upbeat energy, Sarah has a gift for making people feel heard, supported, and right at home—from the very first interaction.
