Hello! My name is A'Laure Pope, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of North Carolina. As an advocate for minority communities, I value understanding your beliefs and making sure you feel seen and heard. I’m also committed to offering a space where social and cultural challenges can be explored openly.

My therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Person-Centered Therapy. Incorporating these approaches, our sessions may involve identifying your strengths, developing coping strategies, or providing space for you to vent. As you navigate life transitions, stress, or relational challenges, I’m here to help you gain insight and support your growth!
