Licenses - Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Porsche is a compassionate therapist at Anew U Counseling Services who is committed to helping clients feel empowered, supported, and confident as they work toward meaningful change. She understands that beginning therapy can feel overwhelming and strives to create a welcoming, collaborative space where clients can be themselves and feel safe exploring their goals.

Porsche holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from George Mason University and brings over a decade of experience in both clinical and leadership roles. She is especially passionate about working with adolescents and young adults, while welcoming individuals of all ages. Using a person-centered approach, Porsche tailors therapy to each individual, recognizing that no two healing journeys are the same.

She supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, stress management, relationship concerns, self-esteem, identity development, and unhelpful learned patterns. Porsche incorporates evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and stress-management strategies to equip clients with practical skills they can apply in everyday life.

As a certified Mental Health First Aider, Safe Zone Ally, and liaison with the North Carolina Problem Gambling Association, Porsche is deeply committed to advocacy, inclusion, and ethical care. She aligns with Anew U’s mission to make therapy both effective and engaging—believing that growth can occur in a supportive environment that doesn’t have to feel intimidating or rigid.

Porsche believes healing begins by planting a seed and nurturing it with care, insight, and the right support—allowing each client to grow into an Anew U, stronger and more self-aware than when they started.
