Elisha Lee, LCSWA - Therapist
Education- MSW in Social Work
Licenses - Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate
Hi there, I’m Elisha! I’m a North Carolina native and currently call Raleigh home. I’m a therapist with Anew Counseling and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSW-A) with my Master’s in Social Work.
I really enjoy working with folks ages 13–35 (but I’m open to working with clients across the lifespan). I’m passionate about helping individuals and families feel supported and understood. I especially love chatting with my clients and getting to know their stories, while holding a space where they can show up authentically, because I’ll show up the same.
When working with individuals, I enjoy helping folks better understand themselves and find coping skills that actually work and are sustainable. I believe therapy is a sacred space where you can feel heard, process what you’re experiencing, and work toward sustainable change.
My passion for working with families grew from my experience as a research assistant studying the experiences of moms and babies. Through that work, I deepened my understanding of the importance of relationships, connection, and support throughout different stages of life. I’m passionate about supporting parent-child relationships and helping families improve communication and strengthen their connection. I am certified in Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT), an evidence based approach focused on supporting families as they navigate challenges together.
I truly believe therapy is a collaborative process rooted in vulnerability, understanding, reflection, and sometimes accountability. I’m honored to walk alongside my clients as they experience life. I look forward to getting to know you.
