RESERVATION POLICIES:

Clients have the ability to submit an appointment request via our website. Once the request is received, our Admin team will respond within 24 hours. Please share your availability for sessions as well as type of session (in-person or telehealth). We will accommodate your schedule as best as we can. If you don’t hear from our team within 48 hours, please call the office directly at 984-212-0028.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

At All of You, we know there are times when clients have scheduling conflicts. We ask that all clients provide at least a 24-hour in advance notice for any cancellation requests. The policy is to charge a $75 no-show charge, but depending on the reason that fee can be waived. Please speak with your All of You therapist for more details . PLEASE NOTE: If your paperwork is not received at last 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment it will be cancelled until paperwork is received.

CHECK-IN:

Face to Face Sessions – A new client will be sent an invite to Theranest confidential client portal. Once you create log-in, you have opportunity to fill out intake paperwork. Theranest is the platform used for Electronic Medical Records, just as virtual clients, all documents, assessments, treatment planning, notes, and correspondence will be done through the portal, however, counseling session will take place at 1037 Dresser Court, Raleigh NC 27609

Telehealth – A new client will be sent an invite to Theranest confidential client portal. Once you create log-in, you will have opportunity to fill out intake paperwork. You will receive an email and text for scheduled appointments and appointment reminders. An email will be sent for any outstanding balances, billing invoices and when additional documents need reviewing and/or signed

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Therapists at All of You are not medical doctors. We are here to support any professional counseling needs. If clients have medical concerns we asked that you reach out to your primary care specialist as needed.
