Welcome! I wholeheartedly believe in the transformative power of this process and I applaud you for taking a step toward your healing. I strive to create a safe space in which you can fully explore and process your concerns, feel empowered to create your needed changes, and feel supported through it all. I consider it a privilege to be able to do this work with you.

I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from Duke University and my Masters of Social Work degree from Yeshiva University’s Wurzweiler School of Social Work. While I have worked with individuals of varying ages and in a range of settings (outpatient clinics, residential centers, college counseling centers, etc.), I am most at home holding space with and for those who courageously seek to become their most authentic selves, and to live a life in alignment with all they are and all they value.

I primarily work with adults (18+) who are navigating life transitions and adjustment, relationship concerns, problem-solving and decision-making, sexual and spiritual identity exploration, racial identity and trauma, grief and loss, and symptoms of anxiety and/or depression.

My style is collaborative and compassion-driven, while centering your needs. I pull from a variety of traditional “talk therapy” approaches, as well as somatic, cultural and spiritual frameworks based on your particular needs. I am passionate about mindfulness, the health of all bodies, sex positivity, social justice, honoring our inherent wisdom and ability to heal, and the value of connection.

I look forward to being a part of this journey with you.
