Hello there, I’m Natoria, and I help women who are always doing—but rarely pausing—learn to reconnect with themselves.

If you're used to pushing through, staying busy, and keeping it all together for everyone else, you might not even notice how disconnected you've become from you.

Many of the clients I work with say things like:
"I’m just going through the motions."
"I don’t even know what I’m feeling half the time."
"I’m tired, but I can’t slow down."

This is what being on autopilot can look like—moving through your day without really checking in with yourself emotionally or physically. In therapy, we’ll gently start to slow things down so you can tune in, feel more present in your life, and make choices that actually feel aligned with who you are—not just what’s expected of you.

I love working with women who are ready to break cycles, set boundaries without guilt, and show up for themselves in more grounded, intentional ways. I also work well with deep thinkers—clients who spend a lot of time in their heads and want support reconnecting to their bodies, emotions, and needs.

My style is person-centered and humanistic, which means I see you as the expert in your life. I’m here to walk alongside you, helping you notice patterns, explore what’s been hard, and build tools to move through life with more clarity and care.

I draw from a variety of approaches like Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SBFT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and EMDR-informed work. Some days therapy might look like processing tough emotions, and other days it might be learning a new skill or mindset shift—we’ll always go at a pace that works for you.

You don’t have to hold it all alone. If you’re ready to create space for you, I’d be honored to support you.
