I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in South Carolina and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSW-A) in North Carolina. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful change.

I work with adolescents and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions, relationship concerns, and burnout. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. My approach focuses on helping clients gain insight, develop practical coping strategies, and reconnect with their strengths.

My therapeutic style is collaborative, strengths-based, and client-centered. I incorporate evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-informed techniques, while tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals, and cultural context.

As an LCSW-Associate in North Carolina, I practice under clinical supervision and am committed to ethical, high-quality care and ongoing professional development. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to show up authentically and work toward lasting growth.
