Hi, my name is Kristy, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Carolina with over 12 years of experience in the field of social work. I am deeply passionate about supporting young adults and adults as they navigate life’s challenges, including depression, low self-esteem, work–life stress, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, and grief and loss.

I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy and pride myself on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for individuals from all identities, ethnicities, and cultural backgrounds. I believe in meeting clients where they are and working alongside them to build insight, resilience, and meaningful coping strategies that support long-term growth and emotional well-being.

Outside of my professional role, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, playing the piano, crocheting, and expressing creativity through nail design. I also love exploring new restaurants throughout the Triangle area, always on the lookout for a great new spot to try.
