I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and a Licensed Social Worker. My compassion, commitment and creativity have resulted in empowering, motivating and inspiring a myriad of client systems along their journey to an improved sense of self. I have worked with adolescents, adults, couples and families. I have additionally provided provision of services to the Help4Heros population. I prefer to use an eclectic approach to therapy inclusive of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Client Centered, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy. During my ten plus years of therapy, I have worked predominantly with presenting challenges involving anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, substance and alcohol abuse and life skills. I have additionally facilitated numerous psychoeducational groups to include domestic violence, conflict resolution, parenting skills and anger management.
I also desire to further assist clients with discovering positive pathways through utilizing a strength-based approach incorporating aspects of creation therapy.
