Greetings! Are you interested in talking with someone to help guide you in a positive direction in your life, but you are skeptical of people who might not understand you? Say less, I totally get it and I am here willing and ready to work with you. As a South Central Los Angeles native, my dream is to help guide you on a path of positive direction by gaining insight on your experiences and how they help define you.

I love my family and I have been married for 9 years with two children. We love to spend time with each other playing games, doing arts and crafts, and vibing to different kinds of music. I love sports, nature, and most sporting teams from Los Angeles (Chargers, Dodgers, Lakers, Sparks, Kings). I also enjoy college football and attending live concert events.

I have experience in working with the adult population in a forensic psychiatric hospital conducting group counseling and individual counseling sessions. I have experience conducting psychosocial education groups including anger management, coping skills, healthy relationships, and alcohol and other drug education groups. I specialize in counseling theories including: cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and existential therapy.
