Licenses - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate

I am a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and foster meaningful growth and healing. With a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from North Central University (2024) and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from American Public University (2020), I bring a strong foundation of knowledge and practical experience to my practice.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in narrative therapy, emphasizing the power of your story to shape a path toward healing and resilience. I am also trained in the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which I integrate to support clients in building stronger relationships and managing emotional challenges.I also will be EMDR trained in July.

As an active listener, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes.
Whether you’re seeking support for relationship issues, family dynamics, or personal growth, I am here to walk alongside you with care and understanding. I believe in the transformative power of therapy and am passionate about helping you create a more connected, fulfilling life. Let’s work together to rewrite your story in a way that reflects your strengths and aspirations.
